Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the strict behavioral boundaries all users must maintain while posting content, casting votes, connecting with professionals, or writing critiques on Ebiverse Tech Hub.

4.1 Community Conduct and Moderation Rules

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against toxicity. To maintain an educational, constructive, and safe ecosystem, your critiques, postings, and profiles must never engage in:

Hate speech, discrimination, or racial, religious, or sexual harassment.

Cyberbullying, personal insults, extortion, or targeted defamation against another creator, professional, or athlete [5.1].

Deliberately destructive or unconstructive commentary designed to mock rather than educate.

4.2 Merit-Based Voting Integrity (Anti-Cheating Policy)

Our weekly award system relies on honest peer evaluation. Any attempt to manipulate upvotes will result in immediate penalties:

Users are strictly forbidden from creating multiple accounts to upvote their own critiques.

The use of upvote automation software, botting networks, or coordinated click-farms is strictly banned.

4.3 Directory, Showcase, and Merchandise Listing Integrity

All independent professionals and sports profiles listing their services, metrics, or items within our directory segments must adhere to strict operational integrity [5.1]. Listings will be flagged and permanently removed if they engage in:

Falsifying portfolios, plagiarizing work from other creators, or misrepresenting professional credentials, athletic stats, age records, and licensing [5.1].

Listing illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent services, counterfeit merchandise, or using the directory to run financial scams [5.1].

Impersonating professional athletes, clubs, scouts, or registered businesses.

Enforcement: Ebiverse Tech Hub reserves the absolute right to delete any comment, professional listing, or sports profile, strip verification tags, deny access to weekly awards, and permanently block user accounts without notice or subscription refund if system manipulation, fraudulent behavior, or misrepresentation is discovered [5.1].
