Welcome to Ebiverse Tech Hub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including the Growth Hub, the Service Directory, and the Sports Hub. By registering an account, subscribing to our services, or browsing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Platform Nature and Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
Ebiverse Tech Hub functions as an independent web application, peer-learning, and networking environment designed for content creators, independent service providers, and athletes.
Ebiverse Tech Hub does not host, stream, upload, or own any video content. All video previews, clips, and playback sessions are delivered exclusively via YouTube’s native embedding functionality.
Ebiverse Tech Hub operates completely independently as a third-party discovery directory and hub. The platform carries no official affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement with YouTube, Google LLC, or any professional sports athletic body.
1.2 Subscription Model, Pricing Transparency, and Billing
Fees: Access to video-posting and profile-listing privileges within our designated market segments requires a recurring subscription fee of $1.50 billed weekly (or $6.00 billed monthly, depending on your selected tier).
Billing Frequency: Subscriptions are managed automatically through our integrated payment gateways. Your designated payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle unless an official cancellation request is submitted via your dashboard.
Pricing Updates: All pricing adjustments or structural billing modifications will be communicated explicitly to users before their implementation.
1.3 Video Posting Limits and 2-Week Content Lifecycle (Growth Hb)
To maintain dashboard quality, ensure layout optimization, and prevent link rot (broken or deleted media files), strict platform limits apply:
Posting Threshold: A single active creator account is permitted to submit a maximum of three (3) YouTube video links per rolling seven (7) day period.
14-Day Display Policy: Every submitted video link remains active on the public discovery dashboard for exactly fourteen (14) days (two weeks). Upon expiration, the platform automatically toggles off the visibility parameter, removing the video player embed from public feeds.
1.4 Content Ownership and Copyright Shield
By pasting a long YouTube link onto our platform, you retain full copyright ownership of your original video. However, you grant Ebiverse Tech Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your embedded video to our users for peer-review purposes. You warrant that you own or possess the complete legal rights to all material inside the submitted link. Ebiverse Tech Hub is not liable for third-party copyright violations embedded within user-submitted links.
1.5 Service Directory Ecosystem and Independent Relationships
The Service Directory operates as a neutral discovery platform connecting customers with specialized independent professionals across multiple fields (including Web Development, Graphic Design, Photography, Interior Design, Airbnb Hosting, Consulting, and more)
Platform Role: Ebiverse Tech Hub functions solely as an introductory directory [5.1]. We do not employ, contract, endorse, or recommend any service provider listed on the platform
Off-Platform Transactions: All discussions, contract scopes, project timelines, and financial compensation arrangements must be conducted independently and directly between the customer and the service provider off-platform [5.1]. Ebiverse Tech Hub does not process project payments, handle escrow, or mediate project delivery for the Service Directory
1.6 Sports Hub Ecosystem and Talent Showcase Disclaimer
The Sports Hub provides a centralized discovery and networking platform designed to improve athlete visibility.
Platform Role: Ebiverse Tech Hub functions solely as an introductory network. We do not act as sports agents, athletic managers, talent scouts, or legal representatives for any athlete, club, recruiter, or professional sports organization using the platform.
Independent Networking: All connections, recruitment discussions, physical trials, contract negotiations, and athletic agreements occur directly between the athletes, clubs, and scouts off-platform. Ebiverse Tech Hub is not a party to, and carries zero responsibility for, any athletic or professional contracts signed as a result of connections made on the platform.
1.7 Data Submission and Authenticity Disclaimers
Service Providers: Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their directory profiles, portfolios, credentials, and listed pricing tiers. Ebiverse Tech Hub does not systematically verify or audit the professional claims, licensing, insurance, or skill levels of independent providers
Athletes: Athletes and sports professionals are entirely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the statistics, performance metrics, sports CV details, and media showcases uploaded to their public profiles. Ebiverse Tech Hub does not independently audit, verify, or guarantee the physical abilities, performance records, medical fitness, or age data of athletes listed on the hub.
User Responsibility: All customers, recruiters, and clubs assume full responsibility for conducting independent scouting, due diligence, background checks, and contract reviews before entering into an agreement with any provider or athlete found through our hub
1.8 Limitation of Liability and No-Growth Guarantee
Ebiverse Tech Hub carries zero liability for any financial loss, property damage, project failure, physical injury, or legal disputes arising from agreements made between users, customers, athletes, independent service providers, recruiters, or sports clubs found on the platform
Ebiverse Tech Hub is a peer-to-peer educational and networking resource. The platform does not sell, provide, or guarantee YouTube views, subscribers, watch hours, channel monetization, athletic contracts, trials, or club placements. Any improvement, audience growth, or financial success of your external projects remains strictly determined by your independent choices and promotional effort.
